‘Lip King’ Jordan James Parke has remained working in the cosmetics industry despite being linked to the death of a mother-of-five after she has a curve-enhancing non-surgical BBL, an investigation has found.
Footage shows the beautician from Dudley welcoming an undercover reporter posing as a client for a surgical lip lift.
Cameras also capture him leading her into a cramped living room where a notorious backstreet beautician is performing cosmetic surgery.
The environment appears non-sterile and completely unregulated.
Experts today slammed the ‘absolutely disgusting’ practices that were found in the 5 News probe.
They also warned Brits contemplating getting non-surgical procedures to choose carefully and only ever opt for experienced practitioners.
Mr Parke and a second suspect were dramatically arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after Alice Webb, 33, died shortly after undergoing a non-surgical BBL in Gloucester, on September 24 last year.
She was rushed to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital after falling unwell but died in the early hours of the following morning in what is believed to be the first ‘liquid BBL’ death in the UK.

In a surgical BBL, fat is taken from elsewhere on the body and inserted into the buttocks.
But a cheaper non-surgical procedure – referred to as a ‘liquid BBL’ – sees dermal fillers, the same material used to fill lips, directly injected.
In the 5 News probe, the reporter set up an appointment with Mr Parke via his Instagram account.
Prices for procedures included a £700 upper eyelid blepharoplasty — a procedure to remove excess skin, fat and muscle from the upper eyelids.
Typically the treatment costs between £3,000 and £5,000 at registered clinics in the UK.
A lower facelift, meanwhile, cost £1,600 and vaginal rejuvenation £1000, according to the list seen by 5 News.
The cost of a lower facelift can vary significantly by surgeon experience, clinic and location but often begins at around £5,000.
Equally, vaginal rejuvenation costs around £500 to £1,200 for non-surgical treatments and upwards of £4,000 for surgical procedures.

When the undercover reporter entered the residential property in Manchester to undergo a lip lift, she found there were no medical checks or evidence of clinical oversight.
Patients were having surgery in a converted living room and she allegedly was told they were fully booked on that day.
After informing the Department of Health of their investigation findings, the Government department said they would look into it and that the Government would be tightening regulation.
Ashton Collin, director of campaign group Save Face, also said of the findings: ‘It’s absolutely disgusting and I’m so shocked by it.
‘When I started Save Face 10 years ago, I didn’t think in my wildest dreams that we would see people carrying out surgical procedures in people’s living rooms.
‘It is something we are calling upon the Government to urgently clamp down on.
‘To either get a really disastrous outcome or a complication that could cost you your life – these cut-price treatments are just not worth going for.’
Mr Parke was approached for comment and offered a chance to speak by 5 News but he did not respond.
Mr Parke and a second suspect were dramatically arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after Alice Webb, 33, died shortly after undergoing a non-surgical BBL in Gloucester, on September 24 last year
He was arrested on suspicion of Ms Webb’s manslaughter last September. He is still on bail but hasn’t been charged.
He described himself on social media as ‘The Plastic Surgery Advocate’ and is not a qualified surgeon but had carried out the filler BBL, which is not classified as surgery.
The Kim Kardashian fanatic appeared on Botched in 2015 and again in 2019.
He asked doctors if they could help fix his ‘leaking lips’.
Doctors on the show also refused him a second nose job due concerns that his desired ‘pinched’ nose would affect his ability to breathe.
Liquid BBLs are often advertised on social media as a ‘risk-free’, ‘cheaper’ alternative to the surgical counterpart.
Non-surgical BBLs are not illegal in the UK.
The popularity of non-surgical BBLs has increased significantly but there is no standard licensing scheme in England for businesses offering the procedure.
