The stars are in Levi’s Stadium as Anthony Davis and Jerry Rice have taken the sidelines ahead of the divisional playoff game between the San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers.

The Lakers star was seen wearing a green Aaron Jones jersey and tossing the pigskin while hanging out on the field with teammates D’Angelo Russell and Jared Vanderbilt. Davis also recorded a video for the NFL’s social media accounts to back up his Packers.

‘NFL, what’s up baby, it’s your boy AD here,’ he says. ‘Ya’ll already know who I’m going with, Green Bay Packers. Go Pack go. Bout to get an upset here at Levi’s Stadium man.’

In contrast to Davis, NFL legend Jerry Rice went to support the 49ers. The retired wide receiver spent the first 15 seasons of his storied career in San Francisco where he won three Super Bowl titles.

Rice looked sharp in a pastel pink suit and a necklace with a miniature 49ers helmet for a pendant. Rice was seen approaching star running back Christian McCaffrey during warmups. The two engaged in a short interaction before McCaffrey continued to get his repetitions pregame.

The 49ers finished their regular season with an impressive 12-5 record on top of the NFC West. Despite tying records with the Cowboys and Lions, San Francisco secured the top seed in the NFC to avoid a wildcard game.

Quarterback Brock Purdy spearheaded the 49ers by completing 308 of 444 passes this season for 4,280 yards and 31 touchdowns. Meanwhile, McCaffrey leads them in rushing yards with 1,459 and 14 touchdowns.

On the other hand, Green Bay finished second in the NFC North with a 9-8 record. Green Bay finished the regular season with a three-game win streak before downing the Cowboys, 48-32, in the wildcard round.

Green Bay’s quarterback Jordan Love has found stardom as the successor to Aaron Rodgers. The 25-year-old completed 372 of 579 attempts in the regular season for 4,159 yards and 32 touchdowns.

The winner of Saturday’s game in the Bay Area will face the winner of Sunday’s matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions for the NFC crown.
