“From March 28th through to mid-August, visitors can enjoy access to the grounds and gardens, the Ballroom Exhibition, the Mews Gift Shop, and the Restaurant.

“Afternoon Tea with General Admission during the summer months is also available.

“Interior Castle Tour, Interior Castle Tour with Afternoon Team, and the Balmoral Expedition Tour – a unique Land Rover experience exploring the wider Estate are available.

“Whether you’re planning a return visit or discovering Balmoral for the first time, it’s a wonderful way to experience the Highlands at the Highland home of the Royal Family across the spring and summer seasons,” they said on Instagram.

Charles has been enjoying the festive period on the Sandringham Estate, but took the time on Friday to pen a powerful message in support of Ukraine.

The 77-year old, wrote about his hopes for a lasting peace that safeguards Ukraine’s “security, sovereignty and prosperity” amid Russian aggression.

In his message posted across social media, His Majesty wrote: “As we celebrate the first anniversary of the 100-year partnership between the United Kingdom and Ukraine, I do pray that the flourishing bonds between our two countries may bring some hope and moral support at this most difficult time.

“Ukraine’s most valiant strength in the face of such appalling hardship and pain is an extraordinary example to the world, and I am constantly impressed by the sheer bravery, courage and resilience shown by the Ukrainian people.

“As we also look ahead to the fourth anniversary of the full-scale invasion of your beloved country – a time of great anguish, I know, for many families across Ukraine and the world – my wife and I continue to keep you all in our heartfelt thoughts and prayers.”

Charles’s message continued: “I wish, above all, to convey my profound hope that Ukraine can achieve a just and lasting peace that safeguards its security, sovereignty and prosperity, in a way that Ukrainians deserve.

“We stand with you. Slava Ukraini. Charles R.”

His Majesty has publicly supported Ukraine since the early period of Russia’s invasion, meeting with Ukrainians who have sought sanctuary in the UK.

It is estimated that around 255,000 Ukrainians have fled to the UK since the start of the war.

Charles’s recent Christmas Day broadcast also featured a Ukrainian choir singing songs such as Carol Of The Bells.
