Princess Kate’s latest move has left royal fans confused in a fashion mix-up.
The Princess of Wales, 43, thrilled royal watchers on Tuesday when she returned to the hospital where she underwent preventative chemotherapy last year.
Kate looked amazing in a £710 burgundy jumper from Gabriela Hearst, as well as a £595 skirt from Edeline Lee.
However, it was the royal’s checked coat which confused fans on social media.

GB News immediately identified the Princess of Wales’s coat as being from Blazé Milano.
The garment was listed on the brand’s website as the “Blazé Milano Anyway Checked Wool Blazer”, which unfortunately is no longer in stock.
However, Kate’s outerwear was a floor-length garment, and appears much longer than the blazer available from Blazé Milano.
It is not known if this item was tailored specially for the Princess of Wales, or whether it is from a previous season.

The royal fan account @Remisagoodboy, which identifies Royal Family outfits on social media, posted: “It appears to be a coat version of her Blaze Milano Blazer.”
Another account wrote: “The coat/ blazer length has never been seen in public.
“It’s possible that the piece is custom-made from the start.”
Princess Kate has worn the garment twice before, but both occasions were never photographed in full.

The first outing was in 2021 during the Covid-19 restrictions, when Kate celebrated Christmas with her husband and three children in Windsor.
The second occasion was last September when the future Queen attended church in Balmoral alongside other senior members of the Royal Family.
After Tuesday’s outing, Princess Kate confirmed she is in remission after a brutal period of undergoing chemotherapy.
She said: “It is a relief to now be in remission and I remain focussed on recovery. As anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis will know, it takes time to adjust to a new normal. I am however looking forward to a fulfilling year ahead. There is much to look forward to.”
