Princess Kate has issued a heartwarming message of solidarity to cancer sufferers in today’s landmark video announcing the end of her preventative chemotherapy.
In the emotional three-minute clip, shot by trusted videographer Will Warr, the Princess of Wales can be seen frolicking in the Norfolk countryside alongside her husband and three children.
The video – which contains a number of shots of the Waleses enjoying the forests, fields and beaches of the historic East Anglian county – is overlaid with Kate’s voice as she speaks out on her treatment’s progress.
Kate tells listeners how the last nine months had been “incredibly tough for us as a family” and notes the importance to herself and Prince William of being grateful and reflective – but it’s her message to cancer sufferers which brought the emotional video to a close.

The Princess of Wales details the “complex, scary and unpredictable” nature of each cancer patient’s “journey” – and how the illness “brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities”.
She said: “The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you.
“With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything.
The princess also shed light on the possibility of making her grand return to public engagements over the next few months – and her sign-off to those diagnosed with the condition struck a chord with her audience.

Kate finished her video with the words: “To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey – I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand.
“Out of darkness, can come light, so let that light shine bright.”
Reacting to the video, the King’s plaudits have shone through in the aftermath of his daughter-in-law’s announcement.
GB News understands that King Charles and Queen Camilla have heralded the end of Kate’s treatment as “wonderful news” and will continue to offer their love, thoughts and support to the Princess of Wales throughout her path to full recovery.

The King’s own run-in with the illness – and subsequent return to public duties – has won him wide-ranging plaudits from insiders close to the monarch.
One said: “Through all the trials and tribulations the King has had to deal with this year, for himself and his family, I’ve never seen a person so positive and upbeat about the future.
“Even though he has been receiving regular hospital treatment, having to adapt his diary and way of working for a time this year, he never once felt sorry for himself or bemoaned his situation,” the source told the Mirror.
They added: “If anything, he wants to use it as a positive to help other people and raise awareness.
“That is at the heart of why he chose to be so candid.”
