Princess Kate has been lauded for “holding out her hand to cancer sufferers everywhere” with her cancer announcement.
The future Queen put an end to months of speculation on her whereabouts in March with a video statement confirming she is undergoing treatment for cancer.
She has been met with widespread praise and former BBC royal correspondent Michael Cole told GB News she delivered the statement “brilliantly”.
“I do worry about Catherine”, he admitted.

“She delivered her message brilliantly and she gave hope.
“She held out her hand to cancer sufferers everywhere. She said that she told her children that ‘mommy is going to be OK’.

“It was initially said that she would go back to public life after Easter and we have to wonder what is going on with Kate.
“But obviously at the same time, we wish her the very best of good fortune and a speedy and complete recovery.”
Kate celebrated 13 years of marriage with Prince William last month by sharing a previously unseen photo from their special day.
Cole said the amount of time the couple were together before marriage should not be forgotten.

“They’ve been married for 13 years, but they were together for seven years before”, he said.
“In a way, it’s the 20th anniversary. It’s a very momentous marriage with three beautiful children.”
While Kate remains absent from public duties, William has been undertaking engagements and receiving messages of support from Britons.
This week, he will make his first official visit to the Isles of Scilly since becoming Duke of Cornwall.
He will carry out engagements in Newquay on Thursday May 9 and on the Isles of Scilly on Friday May 10.
On Thursday he will visit the site where the Duchy of Cornwall’s first homeless housing project will be built, in Nansleden, Newquay.
The project, delivered alongside Cornish charity St Petrocs, will provide 24 homes with wraparound support for homeless people.
William will meet the development’s leaders and the chief executive of St Petrocs, Henry Meacock.
