GB News star Michelle Dewberry has called for the death penalty for Axel Rudakubana, who yesterday pleaded guilty to murdering three young girls in Southport.
Michelle made her comments following Rudakubana’s admission of guilt at Liverpool Crown Court for the killings at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class last July.
Speaking on GB News, Michelle acknowledged her views would “get me into trouble” but expressed frustration with discussions about public inquiries and failures of the Prevent programme.
Rudakubana, 18, admitted murdering Alice da Silva Aguiar, 9, Bebe King, 6, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, 7, at The Hart Space on July 29, 2024.
Michelle Dewberry said Rudakabuna should receive the death penalty

The teenager also pleaded guilty to the attempted murder of eight other children, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
He further admitted attempting to murder dance instructor Leanne Lucas and businessman John Hayes during the attack.

Originally from Cardiff and living in Banks, Lancashire, Rudakubana had previously remained silent during court appearances, refusing to confirm his identity.
The defendant, who turned 18 in August 2024, is due to be sentenced on Thursday.
Beyond the murders and attempted murders, Rudakubana pleaded guilty to additional serious charges.
These included the production of ricin, a deadly biological toxin, which was discovered during searches at his family home on Old School Close.
He also admitted possession of a document likely to be useful for terrorism – a PDF file entitled “Military Studies in the Jihad Against the Tyrants: The Al-Qaeda Training Manual”.
Merseyside Police’s Chief Constable Serena Kennedy said the stabbings had not been declared a terrorist incident as a “motivation would need to be established”.
Michelle said on GB News: “I almost look at this and think, this is going to come out and I can feel the abuse that’s going to come my way, surely give this guy the death penalty.”
She continued: “This will be on the tongues of so many people. You’ve got people like this who seem to think they can jump in a taxi, target little girls, admit to having done that and then be paid by taxpayers to languish in prison. Why?”
Her comments come as Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor Ursula Doyle described Rudakubana as “a young man with a sickening and sustained interest in death and violence” who has “shown no sign of remorse.”
