New York Jets backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor allegedly called the cops on his model-actress ex-girlfriend, Draya Michele, to have her and her children evicted from the mansion they once shared.

As revealed in court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Taylor, 35, and Michele, 39, have been embroiled in a legal battle over the Southern California estate for several months.

Michele originally sued Taylor over the property in June, claiming he backed out of a verbal agreement to sell the home to her for $3.2 million. Now, in her latest filing obtained by DailyMail.com, Michele claims Taylor sent officers to the estate to evict her and her three children.

‘On 11/20/2024, Ms. Howard received an alarming phone call from her children’s nanny while she was away on a business trip that the sheriffs were at the Subject Property to lock the occupants out of the Subject Property,’ read the November 26 filing.

Michele has a 21-year-old son, Kniko, as well as an eight-year-old son, Jrue, with former NFL cornerback Orlando Scandrick, and a baby girl with Houston Rockets star Jalen Green, according to People.com.

Michele claims she was blindsided by the incident, having never received any notification.

It was ultimately revealed to Michele’s attorney that Taylor filed an eviction lawsuit through his company, which technically owns the property. A default judgement was entered in the case, allowing the NFL star to serve her by mail, according to Michele’s filing.

Michele claims she was never served with paperwork and was never contacted by Taylor or his legal team to inform her of the situation.

DailyMail.com has reached out to attorneys from both parties for clarification and comment on the matter.

Earlier in the year, Michele filed a lawsuit against Taylor asking a judge to push the quarterback to sell her a home that he had purchased for her and her children.

The suit mentions a verbal pact between the two to buy the house, but they did not sign a written agreement.

Taylor and Michele allegedly agreed that any financial contributions Michele made toward the house would be included in the final purchase price.

But in the lawsuit, she claims that Taylor refused to sell her the property after she dropped $300,000 on the property

Taylor signed a two-year deal with the Jets in March of this year. He’s appeared in one contest, late in Week 1 and completed a touchdown pass against the San Francisco 49ers in garbage time.

A former girlfriend of Chris Brown, Michele appeared on a season of VH1’s Basketball Wives ant TV One’s Will to Love. She also had a role in the 2016 film, The Perfect Match, starring Donald Faison.

Michele also owns a number of fashion lines as well.
