The 52-year-old Kamala Harris campaigner sweetly held hands with the 46-year-old businessman, whom she’s ‘pushing inch-by-inch to unlock his potential like never before’ in his career as Cali Group chairman and CEO of PopID.
‘John has a good heart and a strong, sharp mind,’ a source told In Touch Weekly last Thursday.
‘But everybody in Jen’s circle knows that he has a very cushy life and, as much as he loves Jen, you get this huge sense that he could be doing a lot more than just riding her coattails, especially given his past as a super-sharp businessman.’
Coincidentally, both John and Jennifer – who split between 2020-2021 – have daughters named Violet, and Miller will celebrate his Violet’s sweet 16 birthday on October 26.

Miller also fathered 18-year-old son Quest during his on/off eight-year marriage to violinist Caroline Campbell, and their divorce was finalized in 2018 after a four-year legal separation.
Aside from the 18-year-old Yale University freshman, Garner mothered 15-year-old Fin and 12-year-old Samuel during her decade-long marriage to ex-husband #2 Ben Affleck, which ended in 2018.
The four-time Emmy nominee’s first marriage to Felicity castmate Scott Foley ended in divorce in 2004 after two years of wedded bliss.
Jennifer will next executive produce and reprise her role as Hannah Hall in the second season of The Last Thing He Told Me, which was Apple TV+’s most watched limited series (with 4.5M viewers in the first 31 days) despite a dismal response.
‘[Garner] is the best human and so lovely. It’s just really exciting. I am writing a sequel, which will come out and then the show comes out. But we’re starting to shoot in a few weeks, which is wild,’ co-developer and author Laura Dave told TODAY with Hoda & Jenna on September 20.
‘I sat down with everyone, I walked them through, I have a whole draft. So I’m in the middle of making it. I have 17 drafts to go before it’s done. Yes, it’s wild.’
