Jack Draper has admitted that being sick on court during his US Open semi-final defeat was ‘the worst feeling ever’.
British star Draper vomited three times during the second set of his loss to world No 1 Jannik Sinner in New York.
Draper was beaten 7-5 7-6 (7-3) 6-2, with his misery being compounded by the fact that he was feeling unwell.
As reported by BBC Sport, Draper said: ‘When you’re playing long matches, you need to be able to drink and give your body the supplies it needs to keep on going.
‘But obviously when you’re feeling sick, you can’t put anything inside your body, and it’s the worst feeling ever.
