Britain’s Got Talent viewers were confused at the end of tonight’s episode.

Ant and Dec returned front Saturday’s edition as the search to find the UK’s next star continued. Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, Bruno Tonioli and Simon Cowell were in the judges’ chairs as they decided who would be progressing to the next round.

Fans were thrilled as acts showed off their ability in a bid to win a spot at the Royal Variety Performance. Taryn Charles was the stand out performer on the latest episode as the singer received a Golden Buzzer.

Britain’s Got Talent is a staple of Saturday night primetime TV and fans were delighted with the latest episode. However, viewers following the show on social media platform X were confused as a message broadcast at the end of the episode announced a schedule change for next week.

It said: “Britain’s Got Talent returns next Sunday at 7.40pm.” The episode has been moved so it doesn’t clash with the coverage of the Eurovision final but fans were confused by the update.

Oli posted, with a surprised face emoji: “#BGT next Sunday!”

Lorna added: “Sunday next week., what’s more important than BGT on a Saturday?”
