Isabel Webster was left “moved” after a discussion about the devastating situation for children in Gaza.
The GB News presenter was speaking to Dr Krish Kandiah OBE, Director of the Sanctuary Foundation, about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
He was calling for more support for children as hospitals deal with a supply crisis.
“Children in Gaza are facing terrible horror”, he said.
“We’re looking to see if there are medical evacuation routes, because we cannot stand by and watch these children die in the numbers they are.
“Hospitals have no resources, I was hearing from doctors yesterday about children with terrible burdens, but no anaesthetic to help them.”
Wrapping up the emotional chat, Webster dubbed Kandiah a “special human”.
Picking up on the “nice” comment was Eamonn Holmes, with Isabel going on to add to her sentiments.
“He always moves me”, she remarked.
