Bev Turner and Andrew Pierce have voiced their fury at the warring Princes for failing to be in the same room at an event honouring their late mother.
The Diana Legacy Awards will be attended by both William and Harry but there will be no reunion.
The Duke of Sussex is dialling in from Montecito for an appearance that will take place once the next in line for the throne has left the room.
Andrew hit out at the move on GB News, lamenting it as “pathetic”.

“They are supposedly attending the same awards ceremony, when in fact they are not”, he said.
“William will be handing out awards on stage at the Science Museum and then Harry will be there from Montecito, but after his brother has gone.

“Isn’t that pathetic?”
Bev added: “It’s extraordinary. It shows what a conflict it is. Even at a time like this, you would think they might get together.
“They can’t even be in the same room with one on a screen and one on a stage.”
Andrew concurred, going on to comment: “You would think they might bury their differences for the sake of their mother.”
Diana would be “devastated” by the bitter feud between William and Harry which has brewed in recent years with public attacks, most notably in the Duke of Sussex’s memoir, Spare.
“They need a strong woman in their lives to bang their heads together, as my mum would do”, Bev said.
Not even their father’s cancer diagnosis was enough to reunite the pair last month.
Harry made a whistle-stop trip to Britain to visit his father with a meeting that is said to have lasted less than an hour.
But the trip did not include any exchange with his brother, William, with relations said to be at an all-time low.
In an interview with Good Morning America, Harry said he “loves his family” and said the prospect of a reconciliation could remain.
