Eva Mendes looked stunning in a new fashion campaign.
The 50-year-old wife of Ryan Gosling is the face of Stella McCartney’s winter 2024 ads.
And Mendes – who was once a big Hollywood actress with hits like Hitch – thanked Stella for getting her out of ‘hiding’ with the new high-profile gig.
The star, whose real name is Eva de la Caridad Méndez, also said it was ‘the job I never knew I needed.’
The looker has famously been hiding out for the past decade at home in Los Angeles with the two kids she shares with Ryan.
Now in the new ads she looks better than ever in pink and black. It was for McCartney’s cruelty-free winter campaign.

In the photo, the actress can be seen rocking a black strapless gown and carrying a matching purse.
Under her image were the words: ‘It’s about f**king time.’
Eva was also seen in a pink fake fur coat over a sparkly dress with her hair down.
Eva posted the ads on her Instagram page adding the caption: ‘Gracias for getting me out of hiding Stella!
‘So incredibly proud of this one. Working with designer @stellamccartney
‘Was the job I never knew I needed.
‘Being involved with such an environmentally conscious brand that is cruelty free in all ways has been a game changer for me on a cellular level. More to come…’
This comes after she said on the morning show GMA that she may never go back to acting in Hollywood films.
During an interview with George Stephanopoulos on Tuesday, the actress explained: ‘I don’t know [when I’ll return]. If there’s interesting roles. I left at a time where… it was ten years ago… I kind of felt like I did it, you know?’
She was Good Morning America to promote her debut children’s book, Desi, Mami, and the Never-Ending Worries.

During her segment, Mendes spoke about the message of her picture book, which tells the story of a little girl facing endless scary worries.
The performer explained that she penned the story to help children Esmeralda, 10, and Amada, 8, guide through the complexities of anxiety and intrusive thoughts.
She explained to George Stephanopoulos that the book has helped her teach to her daughters not to ‘believe everything’ they think when their brains are on ‘overdrive.’
Mendes also opened up about taking some time off of acting to raise her family.
When asked if she has any plans to return, Mendes admitted she was uncertain but open to ‘interesting roles.’
‘I kind of left at a time, 10 years ago, where I felt like I did it. I just worked with Ryan Gosling, this is the best,’ she said. ‘It was such a high off my career to work with him. And, what we created together that I was like, “This is a good time to, like, Seinfeld it and walk out.” So, who knows.’
Mendes opened up to GMA about taking some time off of acting to raise her family
Mendes and Gosling met while filming The Place Beyond the Pines in 2012.
Two years later, the couple reunited on set for Lost River, which was written and directed by Gosling and starred Mendes.
The pair’s romance has been kept largely under the radar – but in the past year – with the release of Gosling’s Barbie, they have made more comments about their relationship than ever before.
In 2020, Mendes said on Instagram of her decision to keep her relationship and family life private, writing: ‘I have always had a clear boundary when it comes to my man and my kids. I’ll talk about them of course, with limits, but I won’t post pictures of our daily life.

‘Since my children are still so little and don’t understand what posting their image really means, I don’t have their consent. And I won’t post their image until they’re old enough to give me consent.’
The couple have only done a couple of red carpet appearances together to promote the film on which they met, The Place Beyond The Pines – which premiered in 2013.
Eva previously spoke about the reason why she doesn’t do red carpet events with Ryan when she posted footage from Place Beyond The Pines on Instagram.
She wrote: ‘Magic is Real. We did not meet on set. The magic started way before, but here’s a little magic captured on camera.’
In 2022, she finally confirmed the rumors that she and Gosling were secretly married after more than a decade together.
While appearing on Channel Nine’s Today show in 2022, she casually referred to Gosling as her ‘husband.’
