Bolton Wanderers manager Ian Evatt has revealed that the club have accepted an offer from Huddersfield Town for striker Dion Charles.
The Northern Ireland international did not feature in Tuesday night’s EFL Trophy win at Lincoln City and has only been a substitute in Bolton’s last two League One matches.
Charles, 29, has scored 57 goals for the Whites in 149 games since joining from Accrington Stanley in January 2022.
“We’ve had an offer for Dion that we’ve deemed acceptable,” Evatt told Radio Manchester, external. “It’s from Huddersfield.
“We’ve come together and we’ve decided that it’s an acceptable offer for us and that’s all I really need to say on it.”
