We were expecting an all-out war, we were expecting a slug-fest and that’s exactly what we got.
Daniel Dubois and Jarrell Miller battled it out for nine rounds before Triple D finished Big Baby off in the 10th and final round to win via TKO.
Some felt the fight should have been called after the eighth round. Dubois landed a series of combinations to startle Miller. However, the bell went and Big Baby staggered to his corner before dropping down onto his stool.
Dubois looked frustrated but continued to pile on the pressure in the ninth round before the referee waved the contest off in the 10th.
Speaking directly after the fight, Dubois said: ‘I had to prove it to myself. I had to show myself that I’m a real fighter. I silence all the doubters tonight.’

Miller jumped in on the interview and added: ‘Daniel Dubois ain’t no quitter man. Triple D’s got my motherf***ing respect.’
Miller came into the fight at a staggering 333 pounds, a weight considered remarkable for a man of his height – the American standing at 6ft 4in.
Dubois, meanwhile, came in at a much lower 239 pounds, meaning there was nearly 100 pounds difference in weight between the two fighters.
Dubois started well and moved around the ring nicely, landing a series of body shots before looking for the uppercut.
While, the America sat behind a high guard and threw his weight around – looking to tire Dubois out early on.
Miller’s tactics weren’t particularly pleasing for the crowd but they appeared to work as Dubois’ footwork deteriorated after the third.
Dynamite Dubois exerted more energy than perhaps he expected – having to push Miller off him and fight on the back foot.
Dubois found himself more often than not stuck in the pocket with very little head movement – giving Miller an easy target during the fifth round.

Dubois landed a series of jabs within the first minute of the sixth round while Miller continued to press forward, showing his fatigue.
Miller began telegraphing his punches, allowing Dubois taking complete control and a land a series of clean straight hands during the eighth.
Dubois finished the round with a devastating combination but Miller was saved by the bell and staggered back to his corner.
However there was no reprieve for the American in the tenth as Dubois finally finished off his opponent – ailing on the ropes – with only seconds remaining in the bout.
Miller had no answer to the onslaught of thunderous hooks from all sides, leaving the referee no choice but to end the gripping affair.
