The reel showed photos of the actress clad in red silk pyjamas, which revealed her growing baby bump. “Merry Xmas Eve huns – I have a feeling next year is going to be a wild one,” she wrote in the caption.

In October 2023, Sacha announced she was engaged. The actress posted a selfie of herself grinning alongside her fiancé, as she held up her sparkling engagement ring.

Sacha captioned the update: “I knew you were likely to take a wife!” and “SCREAMING”. She also shared a number of other photos of the sweet proposal, which took place on a boat against a gorgeous sunset.

The actress’ famous pals responded to the post, telling their friend how happy they were for her, including Michelle Keegan, who played Tina McIntyre in Corrie. Kegan herself recently announced that she is expecting her first child with Mark Wright on Sunday.

Since leaving the soap, Sacha has gone on to land a number of other acting jobs and has appeared in shows including Waterloo Road, Mr Selfridge and Cold Feet. Most recently, she starred in 2023 ITVX thriller Platform 7.
