Daniel Osbourne has faced a backlash for taking revenge on love rival Ryan Connor in Coronation Street.
Many lies were exposed in Wednesday’s (December 13) episode, as Daisy confessed to her partner that she’d slept with Ryan after he put pressure on her to commit to their relationship.
The couple had previously announced their plans to buy the Rovers, but when Daniel suggested Daisy think about adopting Bertie, she couldn’t stand living with her guilt anymore.

Daisy was relieved when Daniel admitted he’d already known about her affair with Ryan and wanted to move forward with her anyway.
However, Daisy’s relief turned to outrage when Daniel admitted he’d sabotaged Ryan’s recent job interview at the gym by trashing his rival to his potential employer.
Daniel angrily shoved Daisy against the door, as he admitted he’d told the employer that Ryan would “cheat” and “lie” to get ahead.
“They were grateful. You should be too,” Daniel sneered.

After Daniel ordered her to “get out”, she shot back: “You’re pathetic, you’re manipulative and you’re mean.”
Daisy packed her bags and moved in with Rita and Jenny for the time being, while Daniel sat alone in his flat wondering what his future might be now.
Viewers know that the love triangle is about to get even more complicated when Daniel’s old flame Bethany Platt returns to Weatherfield during the festive period.
Longtime cast member Lucy Fallon recently returned to filming on the cobbles, with her character Bethany set to turn heads as she revisits her feelings for Daniel.
Will Daisy and Daniel be able to survive as a couple?
