GB News royal correspondent Cameron Walker has offered a balanced perspective on the recent allegations surrounding Meghan Markle’s workplace conduct.
He emphasised that there are “two sides to every story”, noting that those close to Meghan are likely to defend her, whilst Hollywood Reporter sources may have an agenda against the Sussexes.
Walker highlighted a potential “culture clash” between Meghan’s American background and the traditional British approach of Buckingham Palace. He referenced the palace’s internal investigation into Meghan’s behaviour, which her lawyers described as a “calculated smear campaign”.
The commentator also pointed out the high turnover of staff working for the Sussexes, mentioning the recent departure of Harry’s adviser Josh Kettler. However, he acknowledged that some staff remain content working for the couple.

He said: “Two sides to every story is is what I would add. I think clearly those close to Megan are going to be liking Megan and wanting to defend her very well.
“Hollywood Reporter whoever they are, clearly have an agenda against Harry and Meghan.

“But remember, Buckingham Palace did launch an internal investigation into Meghan Markle. At the time, it was described by Meghan’s lawyers as a calculated smear campaign.
“But this could be a situation where some of the staff working for Buckingham Palace a bit of a culture clash. Perhaps she was American and Buckingham Palace clearly very British, very stiff upper lip.
“Now, of course, she’s gone back to her home hometown of America, Los Angeles, a different staff working for her. So it seems to be a little bit of two sides to this story, and it’s quite hard to see exactly where the truth lies.”
The Hollywood Reporter recently published a scathing article dubbing Meghan Markle “Duchess Difficult”. The report alleged that staff are “terrified” of her, citing sources who claimed she “marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders”.
One source reportedly told the publication: “I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears”.

The article also mentioned allegations of Meghan’s “noisy tantrums” and “angry 5am emails”.
However, these claims have been strongly refuted by Archewell insiders. Speaking to GB News, one source labelled the allegations “fabrications” and “total nonsense”.
They explained: “The duke and duchess work from Montecito, and we’re based in Hollywood. They likely think we’re all in the same office and that this quote would fly, but the circumstances don’t even allow for it”.

Meghan’s Archwell brand hit back at the claims

They explained: “If she’s ‘marching around’ and ‘barking orders’, no Archewell employee could factually claim that… It’s total nonsense.”
The insider also addressed accusations of early morning emails, stating: “I’ve never once ever gotten an email from either of them at that hour”.
Moreover, GB News reports that Meghan’s email signature contains a considerate message: “My working day may not be your working day. Please do not feel obliged to reply to this email outside your normal working hours.”
This revelation directly contradicts claims of unreasonable work expectations and adds weight to the denials from Archewell staff.
