Ever fancied ditching the gloomy UK weather for hot temperatures and a luxurious flat with its own private pool?
Brits have been given the chance to do just that with a two-bedroom apartment raffle for a property in a Binghatti development in Dubai.
Brothers Daniel, Jason, and Will Twenefour, founders of Tramway Path – a company which has helped 15 get on the ladder through previous competitions – are hosting the raffle.
Prospective homeowners won’t even need to worry about accessing the country if they won the flat, as the prize comes with a two-year visa.
This is renewable every two years and gives the winner a chance to live and work in Dubai.
It’s Tramway Path’s first draw for a property abroad and it is certainly impressive.
The flat is brand-new and fully furnished, boasting two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite, as well as an open-plan living and dining area.
There is also a private balcony for residents to enjoy the surrounding views from and floor-to-ceiling glass windows throughout.

It is situated in an area frequented by stars who own properties locally, including footballer Neymar Jr., opera singer Andrea Bocelli, and actor Terry Crews.
What’s more, residents have access to a private pool, a communal swimming pool, a sauna and steam room as well as a gym.
There are plenty of luxurious features inside the apartment too, including built-in wardrobes, digital keypads for temperature and lighting control, keyless entry and 24/7 security and concierge.
For those who enjoy exploring outside, there are over 30 landscaped parks in the area offering a peaceful environment within the vibrant urban landscape.
The flat is worth a whopping £330,000 and comes mortgage-free. It also has potential rental income of between £3,000 per month (long-term) or £5,000 per month on AirBnb (short-term).
Alternatively, if moving abroad isn’t for you, winners have the option of taking £300,000 cash instead.
‘Our competitions have an incredible impact on people’s lives,’ said Daniel. ‘For some of our winners, they are the first in their families to own a property. It’s a generational blessing that will be passed down.’
He added: ‘I know what it’s like to feel the pressure of home ownership and worry about losing your bricks and mortar.

‘This is a huge milestone for us because it’s the first time we’ve ever taken one of our giveaways overseas.
‘We’ve helped so many people get on the property ladder in the UK, but we kept hearing from Brits who were dreaming of a completely different lifestyle abroad, so this felt like the natural next step.’
The starting cost for the raffle is £10 for 10 entries. There are also package deals with 20 entries at £15, 80 entries for £30 and more.
Tickets are on sale until 11:59pm on February 1.
