The Kansas City Chiefs extended their perfect start to the season to 9-0 after a dramatic ending against the Denver Broncos on Sunday.
The Broncos had a 35-yard field goal to win the game with just one second left but Will Lutz’s kick was blocked by Chiefs player Leo Chenal.
That ensured the Chiefs escaped with a 16-14 victory as their bid for a third-straight Super Bowl remains on track.
Victory completed a memorable day for Travis Kelce after he sent Arrowhead – and his girlfriend Taylor Swift – wild by breaking a franchise record with his second touchdown of the season.
Kelce has had a slow start to the year by his lofty standards, but caught a much-needed touchdown late in the first half against.
