A barber has created a safe haven for young neurodivergent clients across the North West.
Craig Henderson allows them to play, run around and listen to music and even sit on the floor while having a haircut in his shop in Bolton.
“I just take all the pressure out of it,” he said.
Mr Henderson started the business because his child has sensory processing disorder and says his son gives him advice on the best ways to cut hair for kids who are struggling.
The inclusive experience has attracted clients from across North West with one mum saying she travels from Liverpool because it takes the stress out of going to the barbers which their family used “to dread so much”.
