Aldi is constantly launching new products for its devoted shoppers and the latest is a selection of wintery drinks.

The supermarket is set to launch an impressive new Christmas wine range, bringing high-quality yet affordable wines to festive celebrations across the UK. According to Aldi, “there is something for everyone”.

The collection, arriving in stores on November 11, features an extensive selection of “winter whites”, “cosy reds” and “showstopping fizz”.

The supermarket’s latest offering caters to a variety of tastes and budgets, with prices starting from £7.49 for premium sparkling wines.

The Costellore Prosecco Rosé (£7.99) screams “pretty in pink”, offering subtle aromas of pear, strawberry and lemon zest – “incredibly drinkable and delicious”.

Those looking for a premium tipple can snap up the Specially Selected Chablis Premier Cru (£18.99) which presents notes of honey, honeysuckle and spiced apple.

At the same price, the Specially Selected Barolo completes the high-end offerings with its “vibrant” spice and cherry notes, featuring finely grained tannins for added “elegance”.

Other notable newcomers include the Specially Selected Pouilly-Fumé (£13.99) and Sancerre (£14.49), both offering “crisp, refreshing” profiles.
