McDonald’s lovers are rushing to Aldi to buy their burger replicas for just £1.75.
The budget supermarket’s “fakeaway” range allows customers to enjoy their favourite fast-food treats for a fraction of the price.
The latest editions to the range are the double cheeseburger and the chicken burger southern fried.
At £1.75 for a burger, that’s 69 per cent cheaper than the McDonald’s equivalents.

The double cheeseburger is comprised of two beef patties with sliced cheese wedged in, whilst the chicken burger contains two chicken tenders, lettuce and is topped with lashings of mayo.
The dupes have been branded a “game-changer” by experts at LatestDeals.
Shoppers can pick up the Takeaway Style French Fries for just £1.49 to complete the Maccies experience.
Aldi is also selling different McDonald’s style dupes including chicken nuggets, a Big Stack burger and hash browns.

It comes after McDonald’s has raised the prices of some of their most popular products.
A Big Mac meal which used to cost £1.99, has now increased by a pound.
The fast food chain hiked up the prices on November 1 and many were not happy at the news.
One said: “£1.99 was good value. £2.99 is too much.”

In October, Aldi launched a one-day pizza delivery service to rival big-name takeaways.
Hungry shoppers were able to pick from items the supermarket’s Ultimate Takeaway range.
Pizzas were available to order for just £3.99 each, with free delivery.
The delivery options included three pizzas inspired by Domino’s – The Meaty One, The Banger and The Texas Style BBQ Chicken & Bacon.
