New findings showed that sheds are the top value-adding garden feature, increasing a home’s asking price by an impressive 8.8 per cent above the local average.

Log cabins and summer houses follow closely, adding 7.73 per cent to property values, while gazebos contribute a substantial 7.25 per cent increase.
