Big British brands have been opening and closing branches across the UK this year.
Even more stores from popular retailers will close before the end of 2023.
Brands will often open or close stores based on performance or the direction of the company.

The retailer will close its Chineham Shopping Centre store in just a few weeks.
The location in Basingstoke is set to close at the end of December.
New Look
The British fashion brand has already closed more than 10 stores this year, with one more shutting in December.
The Shirley branch in Southampton will close this week, on Sunday December 3.
A New Look spokesperson told GB News: “As part of the normal course of business, New Look occasionally closes stores, while also undertaking relocations and new site openings.
“While some sites have closed recently, we have opened a number of new stores this year and we remain on the lookout for appropriate new opportunities across the country.”
Homebase
The DIY brand will also close one store for good on December 3.
The Southam Road store will shut this Sunday and the Finchley Road, London branch is set to shut on December 10.

The Market Street branch in Manchester will stop trading from tomorrow, Saturday December 2.

The designer fashion brand will close on location before the end of the year.
Shoppers have spotted closing down signs at its Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester. It will close on December 3.
