Strictly star Tasha Ghouri’s hopes of lifting the coveted Glitterball Trophy are in jeopardy as she prepares to dance three routines during Saturday’s hotly anticipated finale.
The 26-year-old will perform an American Smooth and two other numbers selected by the judges as she competes against JB Gill, Sarah Hadland and Chris McCausland.
The former Love Island star has had a glittering Strictly journey so far, with her and pro dancer Aljaz Skorjanec usually topping the judges’ leaderboard.
Yet despite their exemplary standard of dancing, the pair have found themselves fighting to remain in the competition for the past two weeks.
Ghouri triumphed in her respective dance-offs with Montell Douglas and Pete Wicks, even after finishing second from the top in both weeks.
As a result, the 26-year-old’s chances of being crowned the Strictly victor have significantly diminished according to analysis from several experts.

In the early stages of the show, Ghouri was the bookmaker’s favourite to win.
However, analysis from BetIdeas suggests the 26-year-old is now the least favoured to win among the four finalists.
Ghouri has also seen her odds “drifting at the wrong time” according to a spokesperson from Gambling.com.
Both bookmakers give the former Love Island star just 33/1 odds of winning.

Her nearest rival, Sarah Hadland, holds considerably better odds of winning at 25/1.
Gill fairs better still, earning a 16/1 chance among the experts.
All three pale in comparison to Chris McCausland who BetIdeas estimates having a huge 94 percent chance of becoming champion on Saturday.
OLGB is similarly confident, reporting McCausland has a 83.3 percent likelihood of taking home the Glitterball.
Ghouri in comparison is languishing with a tiny 3.8 percent chance of glory.
Despite the 26-year-old’s clear talent, the experts believe she has faltered in popularity on the back of “controversy due to her dancing background.”
The Love Island star has spoken openly about her previous dance experience and training, which some viewers claimed gave her an “unfair advantage”.
Ghouri will hope she can impress audiences with her chosen American Smooth to Someone You Loved by Lewis Capaldi.
She and Skorjanec will also perform a Show Dance to Sing, Sing, Sing by Benny Goodman and a Couple’s Choice to What About Us by P!nk.
